PB&J has been a family favorite for ages.  These days, most grocery stores sell a wide variety of natural peanut butters and offer alternatives like almond and cashew butter that will open your nut-loving taste buds.  If you stick to the healthier types of “butters,” ones without extra oils and sugars, this staple protein is a great ingredient choice in your family’s diet.
