Yum-o! Rachael recipe
I had this bag of dried porcini mushrooms in my cupboard for about a year when I finally decided to use them. I was worried they would have no flavor but I tried Rachael’s Three Mushroom Rigatoni and they came out beautifully! I followed the recipe almost exactly but I used a different shape pasta, because it was what I had in the house, and I threw in some peas that i had leftover. I also used tomato sauce instead of crushed, which I would NOT do again. Otherwise, a delish recipe!
