Valentine's Day Menu

Saffron Carbonara, Rachael's husband's fave

Thinking of what to get your honey this Valentine's Day?  How about a home cooked meal???  Nothing says I love you like a night in with candles, wine and a Rachael Ray recipe.  You can get the whole family involved and have a special meal that everyone shares, and here are some of our most romantic recipes:

Rach's newest romantic meal includes Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Marsala and Pappardelle.  which you can serve with Strawberry-Arugula Salad and Eclairs for dessert.  Tes, Rach actually can bake if she tries!

One of Rachael's more famous recipes, You Won't Be Single for Long Vodka Cream Pasta is still a fave, even if you are not single!

Cognac Sauced Pepper Steaks make a romantic dinner, especially when served with Caramelized Onion Dressed Salad with Toasted Hazelnuts.

For an Italian theme, try Florentine Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken and serve it with Spinach Fettucine with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce (yum) and Puttanesca Tomato Salad with Fried Capers.

If you really want to get in the mood, try Sexy Surf and Turf: Seared Scallops and Tenderloin Steaks with Manhattan Sauce.

We know Rach is making her hubby, John his favorite dish, Saffron Carbonara, but maybe this week she'll also have Montalcino Chicken with Figs and Buttered Gnocchi with Pancetta and Nutmeg, a dish inspired by the food served at their wedding.

Try Tenderloin Steaks with Gorgonzola and Herbs and Roasted Garlic and Grape Tomato Pasta with Basil and Arugula for a 30 minute fantastic meal.

Nick Mautone, a master mixologist and friend of Rachael's, invented this super cool cocktail (adults only) called Cherry Sugar Fizz.  It is a perfect addition to your dinner.  Or you can check out some of Rach's wine picks here.
