New York, NY, November 7, 2007 – Anne Balaban has been named Vice President and Publisher of Every Day With Rachael Ray, it was announced today by Suzanne M. Grimes, President, Food and Entertaining, The Reader’s Digest Association, Inc.
Rachael Ray brings us the flavors of Sicily with these recipes inspired by her own ancestry! Siciliy is an island off the toe of Italy and is known for its olives, olive oils, raisins, capers, eggplant, pistachios, artichokes and other delicious foods that are indigenous to the island.
