Just one more tip to go along with all the ones from the post (for next Halloween): If you happen to have a way for your pet to get out on their own, like a patio dog door, make sure it's locked up for the night. Neighborhoods are busy places during Trick or treating, so either cats or dogs might get into trouble, even in your own backyard.

One more thing to be very cautious regarding kids candy. XYLITOL - it's a sweetner that is toxic to dogs. We almost lost our doberman to it. Dogs are really drawn to it. It's in Orbit gum and I use to find my gum wrappers on the floor, he was taking the gum out of my purse!!!

Another way to show your pet you love him is to give him Liquid Zeolites. Being that they are outside most times, they breathe in more toxins than we do. So if we need to detox, wouldn't they? For those animals having health challenges or getting up in age, you may want to review www.testimonyinfo.com to learn more on how other pet owners have experienced awesome results w/ improving their animals health challenge. Hope that helps someones' baby.

Halloween is definitely a favorite in my home. But if you find your dog a little extra hyper or possibly scared, I recommend Sleepytime Tonic from happytails Canine Spa Line, it won't knock your dog out cold but will calm them down enough to have you all enjoy the festivities.
