I have a similar question. If you buy a frozen ham & cook it, can you then freeze the ham leftovers? My boyfriend says: "Once you thaw out meat & cook it, you cannot freeze it again". Is this true?

How can I safely clean a wooden spoon? Some recipes call for even raw ground turkey to be stirred with a spoon. Is hot water and soap enough? This question is a serious one!

Rachael, I am getting worried about my physical health - weight gain and also Multiple Sclerosis. I am now weighing in at 280. I have physical weakness with exercise, so consequently don't do any. I tire easily and so, consequently again, I sit and watch TV, and eat. And eat. I love to cook; I watch cooking shows, subscribe to cooking magazines and definitely eat what I cook. Portion control is not in the program. I take diet pills, eat two portions of a meal, feel stuffed to the gills, and two hours later, eat again. I am really getting scared. I get so hungry. I know I eat out of boredom. I can't take off and walk anywhere - I get weak in the process, plus I have balance problems don't walk well at all. Is there anything you can suggest?

Love you Rachel! I am having a progressive valentines dinner and I am in charge of the dinner portion. We will probably have about 20 people over. Do you have any great, but easy ideas on a delicious meal?
Thanks,
Kathy
