Thank you for posting this - I figured it was nonsense and thought it awfully convenient that the woman lived in my area. I hope Rachel is taking action against them...if for no other reason, the principle!

I just saw the same Helen Miller advertisement. She claims to live in my current city of residence also. Glad I checked this out. I won't be wasting my money on bogus claims.

I saw the testimonial from Helen Miller and she claims to be from my hometown. Funny thing, when I Googled her name, the same testimonial, photos and all popped up and Helen Miller lives in several communities across the United States. Another case of buyer beware.

I knew it. The add for acai berry that shows you and how much weight you lost and how you recommended it and how you say it will change my life.

Too good to be true. You should sue them Rachel.

ALWAYS READ THE SMALL PRINT ON WEB SITES!!!!! If everyone took the time to read the small print you would see they are going to charge you over and over. Buyer beware and do not purchase something without reading all information.

Just got scammed on the Acai product as well. I saw Rachael Ray's name and thought she was endorsing the product. I should have looked here 1st. Guess I am not the first one to be scammed. The website said only 1.95 per bottle. They then charge 83.95 14 days after the 1.95 charge. Total scam! As a consumer, I am not that surprised. However I am very surprised that Rachel Ray is unable to make them stop if she really does not authorize there use of her name.

I have also been ripped off, however, I am NOT going to sit by and do nothing about it. I have contacted the BBB and made a formal complaint. I arthorized the $0.99 to be taken from my account for S&H(What an idiot I was). Now they take whatever they want from my account whenever they want!!! $0.03 the next day, $2.59 a week later, $86.42 after I cancelled and so on. This has got to be stopped before anyone else becomes their victim. I have cancelled my bank card and will close my account if it continues. When I called their service dept. to cancel, I couldn't believe how rude, evasive & dishonest they were. PLEASE warn your family/friends of these nasty people and help put them out of business.

Just bought and then cancelled product within 30 minutes after reading these blogs. The URL Rachelray.com is redirected to the product site. The real Rachael should sue the URL to get that site removed. Hopefully it was really canceled.

After reading all these comments, I wish I would've checked out this site first. I bought the so called Acai Max for "99 cents" trial and then found an $86 charge on my credit card. I have never bought anything like this before online and like everyone else thought if Rachel Ray and Oprah were behind it then it had to be true. I called the phone # on my statement and spoke to the operator of this SCS House Product that charged me. I haven't opened the bottle yet, so I am returning it for a full refund, so they say. I hope I get the money back, but I'm not counting on it. Thanks to everyone else's comments, I'll know better next time.
