    using too much oil to cook this frittata, all you need is a light coating on the pan, to coat the pan on both sides is over the top, not healthy choice. May be good but could use less oil.

    I love your show and when I am off I never miss it – wish I had tivo!
    This past week I saw a pie type of dessert with apples, cranberries, and pie crust cut into to 4ths. They were open. I did not get the name, nor can I find it anywhere on your site. Please help me!!!.

    Hi! Paul, I am very proud about to see cooked Fritata, it was different in my country eritrea. When I saw the video you mix potatoes, can you tell me how is good pota in fritata? I used occassionally fritata without pot. Thank you
