I made these brownies for a bake sale at my work to Benefit American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. They were the biggest seller and soooo easy and inexpensive to make. A real Hit!

I have my own signature mint brownie recipe! It’s impossibly easy–I prepare a box of brownie mix for an 8×8 (so they come out thicker and chewier), pour half the batter in the pan and top with a box of unwrapped Andes mints evenly spaced, leaving 1/4″ around the edges. Top with the remaining batter and bake according to package directions. Try this recipe with your favorite candy bars, too (my twin sister loves Symphony bars)!
