Thanks for sharing this recipe. I grew up in Philly eating handmade soft pretzels made by the Amish at the Reading Terminal Mkt, so I have a real soft spot for these (no pun intended). I will definitely give these a try!

I am interested in purchasing a set of your pots and pans. I have a disease in my arms that effects my muscles, ligaments, tendons and nerves. Because of all the damage I have, it makes it very hard to find the right weight of pots and pans for me. I am able to pick up 4 to 7 pounds, that with food in the pans. I would like to know if you could tell me the weight of your pots and pans with out food ? I always have a great time watching your show….there are times you crack me up…LOL! I am married to an Italian,let me tell you, he cracks me up all the time.
