I have a question. Whenever I make Mac and cheese or chicken tetrazzini I double the sauce recipe to make sure it's not dry. Somehow however it still tends to become dry. How do you make noodle dishes that won't absorb all of the sauce? What's the trick?

On my cake receipes, the layers seem to be heavy and kind of sugary, the top of layer crust separate from the actual layer.
How can I make my layers light and fluffy. When I cream my sugar, I gradually add portions to butter and this mixture is never fluffy. The sugar does not dissolve and make a creamy light mixture.

I have a nice Kitchenaid mixture with settings 2,4 6 smf 8, zi believe. What am I doing incorrectly, please help!

I'm looking for a recipe for Danish roast pork with potatoes that Rachael made on her 12/2/11 show. The website shows recipes for 12/1 & 12/5 but doesn't list the recipes for 12/2/11. Please help...I really wanted to cook this for dinner tonight! Thanks!
