		<description>Snacking healthy is a hard thing to do. It takes time and planning which most people don't think until it's too late. I really like these ideas and will try them. I normally get hummus and edamame but then can't think of anything else. The parfait, chocolate banana and cottage cheese are great ideas. I will write them down and stick them to my fridge so I remember what I have to snack on.</description>
