Hi Happy Mom, next time you have a couple of pakoras left, try using them as a filling in a burger bun or sandwich. Pakora sandwiches with ketch-up are very popular in India

Amazing taste! It's quite remarkable how these little pockets of all vegetable pakoras can be packed with so much flavor and yet have so many nutrients. They were quite easy to make, too. I especially love the suggestion to be creative with the vegetables. I had to use veggies that have been sitting in my fridge for some time and this recipe enabled me to use them all. They really mixed well together with the other ingredients. My family gobbled them up in one sitting, and I admittedly took the very last one, much to the consternation of my kids!

These pakoras look delicious. I wouldn't have any problem becoming vegetarian with Saira's recipes! You don't feel like anything is missing with dishes like these.. I am planning a whole new packed lunch experience for Monday. Thank you Saira!
