Know your produce – The Dirty Dozen and the Clean 15

I don’t know about you but I start to glaze over when I hit the supermarket produce section and have to decide what is an absolute must to buy organic and what is ok to go with non-organic. In a perfect world, I would buy all organic (and make that local too) produce but it can be pricey. The Environmental Working Group (EWG) issued a “Dirty Dozen” list – a list of actually 14 fruits and vegetables that should be at the top of your “buy organic” list, as well as the “Clean 15″ – a list of fruits and veggies which are lowest in pesticides.

Rachael, I was just watching the summer rerun of your 1000th show. Loved seeing all of the funny out-takes. When your husband came on to give you flowers I just started to cry. The love he has for you is so evident. Unfortunately the day this show aired is the day before what would have been my 21st anniversary with my husband, had he not passed over last fall. Keep his love close and continue to share it with each other. It is a true gift to be loved so unconditionally.

Hello! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any issues with hackers?
My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing months of hard work due to no back up.

Do you have any methods to protect against hackers?
