		<description>yes! you can definitely do that, just be sure to melt the white chocolate very slowly as I've had weird curdling issues with lesser quality white chocolates before. i believe it has to do with the cocoa butter ratio in some white chocolates.  the candy melts dont have that issue which is why they are are so good for this application. they can be found at places like craft stores and even Walmart.</description>
