Ingredients
2 spring onions, white and green parts, minced
2 cloves garlic, pasted (I used fresh spring garlic)
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons heavy cream
Lots of coarsely ground black pepper
1 cup sour cream
Directions
Stir the onions, garlic, horseradish, heavy cream, and black pepper into the sour cream.
