One of my family's favorite pizzas is this asparagus potato pizza. It sounds unconventional, I know, but it's crazy delicious. Fingerling potatoes are cooked and sliced, then piled on with scallions, garlic, three kinds of cheeses and fresh asparagus – delish! The photo doesn't do this pizza justice because this is what it looked like before it went in the oven.
