These flourless peanut butter chocolate chip cookies would definitely have been a delicious addition to my gluten-free diet of the past. These are so easy that my girls can make them on their own (six ingredients, one bowl). Purely peanut-buttery, they are quick and hit the spot. -- Plan B Mom

Plan B Mom shares, "Whenever our school had bake sales my friend’s mom would send in Hello Dollies, also known as Seven Layer Cookie Bars, and I fell in love. I never knew what was in them, but they were out of this world.
When I got a little older and started baking, I began making them and was amazed to find out they are pretty much the easiest cookie to make on the planet. Bring them to your next get-together and you are assured an easy Wow!"
Can you resist this decadent, but delicious dessert? Treat yourself with this sundae on Super Bowl Sunday! Serve with Taco Bowls with Guac-a-Salsa Salad.

This peanut butter chocolate chip beauty was passed on to me by my aunt a few years back and it has been in my regular rotation ever since. It's great to bring to a family party - kids love it - and couldn't be easier. One bowl, one pan. It keeps for days - and it makes a great breakfast too (don't tell your kids)!

"The cookies took me several weeks to perfect, since they were to be shipped to the Middle East, and it usually takes about 2 weeks to get there. I wanted them to taste good and have a lot of home in it. I named the recipe for all the American Heroes everywhere..hence the name...American Hero Cookie. We have a lot of heroes in America and across the world who enjoy getting packages from home. Each time I send it--I get requests for the recipe, so I thought you all might like to have it as well."

"I am not a big baker but these have become a holiday tradition. People start asking me around Thanksgiving when the cookies are coming. I have also made these with mini peanut butter cups. Both are delish!"
