- 3 scallions, green and white parts, finely sliced
- 1/4 English (seedless) cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 8 ounces low fat or regular cream cheese, at room temperature
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly to combine. Spread on your choice of English muffins, toast or bagels.
