Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 bag cranberries, whole
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Zest of one orange
Serves 8 as a side dish
Preparation
Bring water to a boil in medium saucepot. Add sugar and simmer until dissolved. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Pour into a bowl and allow to cool. Cover with plastic wrap and put in fridge until ready to use. Voila!
