Rum Eggnog
Try this holiday classic drink with a new twist – rum instead of brandy!

Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon Simple Syrup
- 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/8 cup cream or half-and-half
- 1/4 cup rum
- Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish
Serves 1
Preparation
Pour all ingredients into a drink shaker with ice. Shake well and pour through a strainer into a highball glass or glass mug. Grate the fresh nutmeg over the glass, but not too much, as it is strong!
