Grown-Up Ice Cream Soda
Serve with Renaissance of Tuna Casserole, Iceberg Salad with Shrimp and French Cut Green Beans with Almonds and Fried Onions.

Ingredients
- 4 scoops coffee ice cream
- 4 shots coffee liqueur such as Kahlua brand
- 4 shots Irish cream liqueur such as Bailey's brand
- Soda water, to top
Serves 4
Preparation
Put a scoop of coffee ice cream in 4 large glasses. Drizzle into each glass 1 shot Kahlua and 1 shot Irish cream. Top with soda water. Serve with a straw and sundae spoon.
