Classic Hot Toddy

Ingredients
- 5 clove pieces
- 1/4 of a lemon (one wedge)
- 2 ounces of Rye or Bourbon
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 Tablespoon of honey
- Boiling water
Serves 1
Preparation
Insert five clove pieces into a lemon wedge.
In a 10-ounce mug, combine the whiskey, honey, lemon juice and cinnamon stick. Fill with boiling water and stir.
Drop lemon/clove wedge into drink mixture and let steep for a minute.
Serve hot!
