- 1 large box straberry or cherry JELL-O
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup crushed nuts
- 1 can pineapple tidbits (15 ounces)
- 12 graham crackers, such as Nabisco brand
- Whipped cream
Prepare JELL-O according to the package directions, but use half the amount of water and congeal for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, cream the butter and sugar, then add the nuts and pineapple.
Layer half of the graham crackers on the bottom of an ungreased 9-inch x 13-inch pan. Add a layer of the butter mix and top with half of the JELL-O. Repeat the layers of graham crackers, butter and JELL-O (end with JELL-O).
Refrigerate for 4 hours and serve with whipped cream.
