Ham Steaks

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- 2-3 large ham steaks, cut in halves
Preparation
Heat a large skillet, with EVOO. Add the ham steaks and heat through, 1-2 minutes on each side.
