This recipe was sent from rachaelray.com visitor, Linda Diggins. She tells us that this is:
"A rolled cookie that is chilled, sliced and surronded by marshmallows, chocolate and nuts. The cookies look like stained glass windows." This recipes makes 3-4 logs and serves 8-10 per log."
Ingredients
- 1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 bag of minature colored marshmallows
- 1 cup of chopped walnuts
Preparation
In a medium pot melt chocolate chips over low heat.
When just about completely melted, remove from heat and add colored marshmallows (don't melt the marshmallows).
When all mixed together, place a sheet of plastic wrap on cookie sheet. Sprinkle nuts on wrap about 1-2 inch rows across.
Place chocolate and marshmallow mixture on top of the nuts. Make sure you have about 1-2 inches of clear wrap at the bottom.
Once the mixture is placed on the nuts, wrap and start rolling into a log,
