- 1 cup chocolate chips or other semi sweet chocolate pieces
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 12 buttery crackers, such as Ritz brand
Melt milk chocolate in a double boiler so as not to burn the chocolate.
Put a small scoop of peanut butter on cracker.
Dip cracker with peanut butter into the melted chocolate
Place on wax paper
Let cool at room temperature or in the fridge.
