Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour

Filling:

  • 1 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup almond brickle chips
  • 1/4 cup Smucker's® Caramel Spoonable Ice Cream Topping OR Smucker's® Hot Caramel Spoonable Ice Cream Topping
Preparation

For the crust:

Preheat oven to 350°F.  Mix butter, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium spped until light and fluffly.  Gradually add flour, mixing on low speed until blended.  Press onto bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

For the filling:

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.  Add eggs; mix well.  Stir in brickle chips.  Pour over crust.  Drop teaspoonfuls of caramel topping over cream cheese mixture.  Gently run a knife through the batter to swirl the caramel topping.

Bake for 30 minutes.  Cool in pan on wire rack.  Refrigerate until cool and cut into bars.
