Strawberry-Arugula Salad
This unique salad is full of sweet and bite from the strawberries and the sharp arugula. You can get Rach's balsamic drizzle or make your own.

Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 12-15 basil leaves, torn
- 1 bunch arugula
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- 2 tablespoons balsamic drizzle
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Serves 4
Preparation
Toss the strawberries, basil and arugula together in a salad bowl. Drizzle with the EVOO and balsamic drizzle, season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
