Knickerbocker

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces rum
  • 1/2 ounce Rose's® Triple Sec
  • 1 lemon, juiced (1/2 ounce) and cut into wedges
  • 6-8 fresh raspberries

Preparation

Muddle the raspberries with the Triple Sec in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and one of the lemon wedges (squeeze the lemon wedge well into the glass before adding) and ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
