- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons grill seasoning
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), plus additional for drizzling
Pre-heat the oven to 450ºF.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, maple syrup and grill seasoning. Work the meat to combine all the ingredients, then form patties 2-3 inches in diameter.
Place a large skillet over medium-high heat with the EVOO. Brown the patties in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side. Place the patties on a baking sheet; drizzle them lightly with EVOO, then finish baking them in the oven until they are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165ºF, about 5-6 minutes.
