Obsession-with-Sweet Potatoes Mash
Serve with Pork Chops or Chicken Breasts with "Blue" Butter and Sage and Sautéed Pears and Red Onions.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup honey
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
- Freshly grated nutmeg, to taste
Serves 4-6
Preparation
Boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and return to the hot pot, then mash with the stock, honey and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, to taste.
