Red Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
- 1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 red onion, grated
- 1 Granny Smith apple, grated
- 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
