Ingredients
- Pizza Crust, store-bought or Pizza Crust recipe
- Easy Pizza Sauce
- 4 zucchini, grated, salted and drained
- Minced garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- Mint and parsley, for garnish
Makes 1 12-inch pizza
Preparation
Top the pizza crust with sauce, zucchini, garlic and a drizzle of EVOO and put into the oven, cooking according to the pizza crust directions. Top with mint, parsley and a drizzle of EVOO.
