Salt, Vinegar and Cayenne Fries

These spicy fries go well with Spicy Shrimp Burgers and Cajun Crudités.

Ingredients

  • 1 sack frozen fries, extra crispy variety (1 pound)
  • 2 teaspoons fine salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • White vinegar (malt vinegar or cider vinegar may be substituted), for sprinkling
Serves 4

Preparation

Cook fries according to package directions on a cookie sheet. Combine salt and cayenne. Remove fries and toss with spicy salt, seasoning to your taste. Sprinkle with vinegar and serve fries immediately.
