Malt Vinegar Oven Fries
Add a little British accent to your regular oven fries recipe. The high temperature used for cooking these fries gets them done quickly.
Remember not to quarter the potatoes super thick, because even at 550°F, the wedge won't cook thoroughly. –RR

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds fingerling potatoes, quartered lengthwise
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Coarse salt
- Malt vinegar, for sprinkling
Serves 4
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 550°F, or highest setting.
