Rosemary and Ham Scones
These easy-to-make scones have the perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors. For a real treat, serve with Salmon Cakes Salad for brunch!

Ingredients
- 1 box biscuit mix (9 ounces), such as Jiffy brand
- 3 tablespoons rosemary (4 small stems), finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cream
- A couple pinches of salt
- 3 pieces deli-sliced glazed smoked ham (about 1/8 pound), chopped
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 2 teaspoons sugar
