Garlicky Barbecue Marinade
This absolutely scrumptuous barbecue marinade from Adam Perry Lang takes only 10 minutes to make, and can be refrigerated for up to a week. It is the base for many of his delicious barbecue recipes.
Tip: If you don't have time to marinate your meat overnight in the fridge, you can marinate it for up to 4 hours at room temperature.

Ingredients
- 10 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup water
Makes about 1 1/4 cups
Preparation
In a blender, puree the chopped garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion and water. Use as marinade for your favorite meat.
