- 1/2 pint strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 pint blueberries or blackberries
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 loaf pound cake, cut into cubes
- 2 cups strawberry or vanilla ice cream
Mix the berries together with a little sugar. Pile cake cubes up in goblets or clear glass sundae dishes. Top the cake with berries.
Melt the ice cream in microwave for 15-20 seconds. Stir out any bumps in your melted ice cream and pour evenly over cake and berries. Yum-o!
