Root Beer Bomb
This soda with a surprise is a great finish to Chicago Dog Salad.
Note: this recipe contains alcohol, so this dessert is for adults only!

Ingredients
- 1 pint butter pecan ice cream
- 4 jiggers spiced rum, such as Captain Morgan brand
- Cold root beer (3-4 cans or bottles)
Serves 4
Preparation
Pour spiced rum into four tall glasses and top with root beer. Place a scoop of ice cream on rim of glass and serve with a long spoon and a straw.
