- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 shots hazelnut liqueur
- 1 large chocolate tart
- 1 small bar bittersweet chocolate
Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Fold in the liqueur.
Slather the cream over the tart. Using a vegetable peeler, shave the chocolate over the whipped cream.
