- 1 large butternut squash
- 2 apples
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
Peel, clean and cube the butternut squash.
Core and cube the apples (leave the skin on or off, according to your preference).
Combine the cubed squash, apples, and raisins in a bowl; transfer to a baking dish.
In microwave or on the stove, melt the butter. Stir the cinnamon and brown sugar into the melted butter. Pour the butter mixture over the apple squash mixture.
