Fresh summer fruits add to the refreshing taste of iced sangria.
- 2 cups blackberries
- 2 plums, thinly sliced
- 6-8 mint leaves
- 1/4 cup of St. Germain or any elderflower liquor
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- 1 bottle rose, such as Sancerre
- A few drops of rose water (optional)
In a large pitcher, muddle the blueberries, plums and mint with the St.Germain, just enough to release some of the berries’ juices. Add in the lime slices, then pour in all of the wine and add a few cups of rose water; stir to combine.
Serve in glasses over ice.
