- 1 8-ounce brick cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ricotta
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips, divided
- Vanilla cookies, for serving
In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, ricotta, powdered sugar, cinnamon and 1 cup of mini chocolate chips.
Form the cheese mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap to chill for 1 hour.
Once cheese ball is set, remove from the fridge and roll in the remaining 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips. Plate with vanilla cookies and graham crackers alongside.
