Garlicky Garden Grilled Corn

- 2 large radishes
- 4 thin scallions, whites and greens
- 1 wheel Garlic and Herb Boursin soft cheese
- 4 ears cooked corn on the cob
Grate radishes on the medium-large side of a box or handheld grater. Chop or thinly slice scallions. Place Boursin in a small bowl and warm in microwave 30 seconds on high to loosen it up a bit. Slather the Boursin cheese all over grilled corn and top with radishes and scallions.
