Grandma Polly’s Grine AuGrautine Potatoes

- 5 pounds red or baking potatoes
- 8 1/4 slices ham
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Wash and slice potatoes, leaving skin on.
Layer potatoes, ham and cheese and repeat. Mix remaining ingredients and pour onto top layer. Bake at 400°F for 90 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
