John Cusimano’s Peppermint-Pomegranate Cosmos

- 2 ounces pomegranate juice plus extra to fill an ice tray
- 2 ounces peppermint vodka, such as Smirnoff Peppermint Twist)
Fill ice tray with pomegranate juice and freeze.
Pour pomegranate juice and vodka into a cocktail shaker filled with pomegranate ice cubes and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with the candy cane.
