The refreshing tartness of grapefruit is found in this Campari® cocktail with vodka and Triple Sec.
Visit sommelier Joe Campanale at one of his famous New York City restaurants, including L’Artusi and Dell’anima.
- 7 1/2 ounces Campari®
- 15 ounces SKYY Infusions® Blood Orange Vodka
- 7 1/2 ounces Triple Sec
- 1 grapefruit, cut up
- 20 ounces grapefruit juice
- 20 dashes bitters
Place the grapefruit wedges in a pitcher filled with ice.
Add all the other ingredients.
Pour into a highball glass filled with ice and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
