Rollover Turkey Tomato Soup
Use some leftover sauce from the Turkey Bolognese with Whole Wheat Spaghetti to make a delicious soup for the kids’ lunch the next day.
This is the second of three meals you can make from this rollover meal. Use the rest of the sauce to make Turkey Vegetable Chili.
- 1 1/2 cups leftover Bolognese sauce
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup salad croutons – any flavor or variety
Warm the sauce and stock to combine and serve in bowls or pack into thermoses. Serve the croutons alongside for topping.
