Smoked Salmon Dip
This recipe was sent to rachaelray.com by our reader, Betsy Garrison. She says, “My dad goes salmon fishing in Wisconsin and always makes this wonderful dip. I first questioned the use of pineapple in this dish, but once you taste it, you will love it!”

- One whole side fillet of smoked salmon
- 2 softened packages cream cheese
- 4 green onions, diced
- 1-2 cans crushed pineapple, to taste
- Pita chips or crackers, for serving
Chop the salmon in a food processor until it is in small pieces.
Mix the salmon together with the diced green onions, pineapple and cream cheese.
Serve with toasted pita chips or crackers.
